Back at Stubbs

As a concert photographer there is nothing more satisfying then getting back into the photo pit after not being In one for a long time! It felt amazing to get back into the photo pit to shoot Cold War kids and openers The vanity and Elliot moss at there sold out concert at Stubbs in Austin Texas. The last time I was at Stubbs it was my first time shooting a "Sold out show" and it was Passenger

So it felt great to get back into the pit and shoot a show!

Got in the venue before doors due to pass credentials issues

The show stared off with Austin Texas's very own The Vanity they played all of there songs off the newly released EP and the Fans loved there rock style and the energy each member brough to the stage.

Next up was Elliot Moss getting the crowd warmed up with his unique alternative electronic music. Fans fell in love with the  laid back and smooth sounds from Elliot's performance.

Finally Cold War kids took the stage opening with "All this Could be yours" one of there hits off of there latest album Hold my home.Up the next the band performed a fan favorite song "Mircle mile" the fans could be  seen singing and dancing along. Lead singer Nathan Willett told fans that they were excited to be performing in Austin and it was great way to celebrate the last night of there tour. The band performed an amazing set with songs from there album hold my home and even played some old fan favorite songs like " Hang me up to dry and hospital beds" Each member of Cold War kids were very energetic and intreacted with the fans during there set

It was a great night with great music loved all the bands that performed and it felt great to get back into the pit and shoot again! Hoping to work with these bands again! I loved getting to photograph them!
